P6000-series controller

·        The P6000-series controller comes with low power-consumption SAMSUNG S3C6410 Rapid CPU.

·        Besides the power-off protection function, it has large capacity storage to store the recorded chart for maximum time of one year.

·        With modular input and output design, it can be expand via RS-485 port.

·        Test parameters such as temperature, humidity, pressure, current and voltage are controlled by multi-channel anti-integral saturation proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller.

·        The controller is able to record the working condition data such as pressure, temperature and current, analysis and alarm when there is fault.

·        Via the built-in USD 2.0 HOST interface, customer store the recorded test curve and alarm into a USB drive.   It can then be read and analysed on a PC.   Firmware upgrading can be done via the USB port too.

·        The P6000 provides remote monitoring via built-in RS-232/485 and Ethernet port too.

·        Expansion modules for GPIB, WIFI, GPRS and SMS alarm are available.

·        Over-temperature protection has be integrated in the controller where it is settable and displayed.

·        Come with operation and malfunction LED integrated lights.

·        The P6000 controller has a multi-language pack such as English, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, etc.

SMS Alarm

·        Setup the SMS alarm module by inserting GSM sim card. ·        A max of 3 cell phone numbers can be setup. ·        Alarm information will be sent to the pre-set phone via message when the chamber is faulty and alarm.

·        Providing two communication methods: Interface function or STEN communication protocol. ·        The interface function is encapsulated as a DLL and OCX control. ·        The STEN communication protocol as the order set is provided in PDF.
