Rapid
temperature change rate ranging from 5 to 15°C/min
provide the solution for environmental stress screening test. For customer who need a more stringent test,
liquid nitrogen purge system is available as option which increase the change
rate to 30°C/min. The electronic expansion valve controls the
cooling capacity with higher efficiency and energy saving. It has a high control precision, with
fluctuation ≤0.5°C and superior temperature deviation
to ±1.5°C.
* Based on average change rate inclusive of standard dead and live load (refer to table below) over the range of -55 to +70°C, measure at control point of air inlet. Please contact us for performance verification about your testing requirement.

TSG Series Thermal Shock Chambers
TSG
thermal shock series has three-zone structure construction with damper
system. With this, customer has the
option of conducting two-zone or three-zone test. Besides, since the test area is stationary,
vibration shock of test sample is eliminated and data will be more
accurate. The door is opened and closed
by pneumatic mode, which is convenient and safe.

two-zone only structure where sample is elevated up and down in a basket to
switch between two extreme temperature exposure.
